1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the gbaje age website and any associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), as well as any additional policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

• You must be acting as a private individual in your own personal capacity, and not on behalf of any business, employer, or third party.

• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme or gambling block list, whether administered by gbaje age or any third-party responsible gaming organisation.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

It is a violation of these Terms for any person to register on behalf of, or to assist, a person under the age of 18 in accessing the Platform. gbaje age takes underage gambling prevention seriously and employs technical and procedural safeguards to enforce this policy across all player accounts in Bangladesh and internationally.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of services on gbaje age — including depositing funds, placing wagers, and claiming bonuses — you must create a registered player account. The following rules govern account registration and ongoing account management:

3.1 Accurate Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information when registering your account, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information at registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure with forfeiture of all balances.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account on gbaje age at any given time. Where duplicate accounts are identified, gbaje age will close the duplicate accounts, void all associated wagers, and may permanently suspend the player's access to the Platform.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. gbaje age will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials. You should notify gbaje age support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming and fraud prevention, gbaje age may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This may involve submitting a copy of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be held pending until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. gbaje age processes all KYC documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

3.5 Account Currency

All gbaje age accounts for Bangladesh players are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The account currency is set at registration and cannot be changed once the account is active. All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in ৳ at no currency conversion fee applied by the Platform.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

Minimum deposit amounts, maximum deposit amounts, minimum withdrawal amounts, and maximum withdrawal amounts are set per payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account. These limits are subject to change at gbaje age's discretion. For bKash and Nagad, the minimum deposit is ৳200. Players must wager their deposit amount at least once before a withdrawal request will be processed.

4.3 Processing Times

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your gbaje age account instantly or within a few minutes of successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawal processing times depend on the payment method selected and the completion of any applicable KYC or security checks. gbaje age aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours from approval.

4.4 Own Funds Only

You may only deposit funds into your gbaje age account from a payment source that belongs to you and in respect of which you are the registered and authorised account holder. Deposits from third-party payment accounts — including those belonging to family members — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.5 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

gbaje age operates a return-to-source withdrawal policy. This means that withdrawals will, where possible, be processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. 5. Bonuses & Promotions

gbaje age offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms detailed in the relevant promotion, in addition to the following general bonus rules that apply across all gbaje age offers:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players registering a gbaje age account may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit, subject to the specific welcome offer terms in force at the time of registration. In such cases, gbaje age reserves the right to void all bonus funds and associated winnings, close the player's account, and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

5.5 Promotional Eligibility

gbaje age reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any promotional offer at its sole discretion. Promotions may be targeted at specific player segments, and not all promotions will be available to all players at all times. Seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL cricket season, Eid-ul-Fitr, Eid-ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, and other Bangladesh cultural events are subject to their own specific terms as published at the time the promotion is launched.

6. Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

gbaje age is committed to maintaining a fair, safe, and enjoyable environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform, and engaging in any of the behaviours listed below may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and in serious cases referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using any automated software, bot, script, crawler, or artificial intelligence tool to access the Platform, place wagers, or interact with any game or feature.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the gbaje age Platform, including other players' accounts, the administration panel, game servers, or payment processing systems.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or Platform feature for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through the exploitation of a known or suspected software error are void.
• Colluding with other players in any game that involves competition between players, including poker or live dealer games.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the gbaje age Platform. gbaje age is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities and will cooperate fully with any lawful investigation.
• Using offensive, threatening, abusive, or discriminatory language toward gbaje age staff or other players through any communication channel associated with the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify any software associated with the gbaje age Platform or any game available on it.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your payment provider without first contacting gbaje age support to resolve the matter. Unjustified chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and recovery proceedings for all associated funds.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

gbaje age reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions or any supplemental policy incorporated herein.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe as requested by gbaje age.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder or a responsible third party acting in the player's best interest.
• Confirmed underage access — i.e., the account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• Prolonged account inactivity as defined in Section 7.2 below.
• At the account holder's own request via a written closure request submitted to gbaje age support.

7.1 Effect of Account Closure

Upon account closure for reasons other than a confirmed breach of these Terms, any genuine real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and a final security review. Bonus funds, free spins, and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds are not eligible for withdrawal upon account closure.

7.2 Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. Prior to classifying an account as inactive, gbaje age will send notification to the registered email address on record. Following the inactive classification, an inactivity fee of ৳200 per month may be applied to the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player logging in. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gbaje age, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any services provided thereon.

Without limiting the foregoing, gbaje age specifically excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game or service offered on it, including interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events outside gbaje age's reasonable control.
• Any inaccuracy in game information, odds, or statistical data displayed on the Platform.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any promotional communication, marketing material, or game description where the actual game terms differ.
• Any tax liability arising in your jurisdiction as a result of winnings received through the Platform. Players are solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes on gambling winnings under the laws of their jurisdiction.

8.1 Platform Availability

gbaje age endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows, technical issues, or circumstances beyond gbaje age's control may result in temporary unavailability. gbaje age will not be liable for any losses incurred during periods of Platform unavailability.

8.2 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which gbaje age is incorporated and operates. Any disputes arising between the player and gbaje age that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.

8.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The severed provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.

8.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and gbaje age in relation to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature, whether written or oral.
